I've stayed here several times. It is basic, no frills and a lot cheaper that all others but most of all IT'S ON THE OCEAN. They are usually booked up with Snowbirders in Jan, Feb & March. They do have 3 sites that are the most expensive, right on the ocean & are daily or weekly only. The Snowbirders are quiet and friendly. Pets are allowed even on the beach. The ocean is 200 ft away. I will go back. Showers/bath house is basic & clean. There is a w/d. It is very close to excellent dining. I believe there is Internet connection in the office.
This is a nice shady park. Office personnel was nice. Their website information on the FREE WIFI is misleading. When you get there you are given a written disclaimer that the WIFI is poor on some sites. Mine was poor at the end site. The sites were of nice, adequate size for an park and well kept.
The office personnel are very nice. The sites have no patios, are sandy grass only with small older picnic tables, many were shaded & all in the first row are on top of each other. The further back you go, the fewer trees, the more spacious the site but no tables at all. The WIFI was not guaranteed as there had been an electrical storm the day before but I had no problem in the 1st row. I'd go back for an overnight stay only. There are a few horses in the back to enjoy looking at.
I drove through and I would not recommend. Most of the 240 sites were take. There were many deserted RVs and mobile homes with windows & doors broken out to indicate they were uninhabitable. It was not a very nice place to be.
